June 09:  Today we will need all our energy for the 18 km (11.2 miles) ascent of Col du Galibier.

Col du Galibier's summit is at 2645 meters (8678 ft).
Here we hope to enjoy the views from the top(once we have our breath and can stand upright...) and get ready for the 38 km (23.6 miles) downhill to Briancon.
From Briancon we start with climbing the Izoard, this huge giant is accessible via D902 and connects Briancon on the north valley of the Guil in Quevras and ends at Guillestre south valley.
This route is full of spectacular gorges and green forests to be be seen all over.
Overnight in Guillestre - Dinner included
